Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Be assured I have worked out an excellent way to ship products, including custom stained glass work to arrive safely to you. 

Small panels or items ship via USPS flat rate priority post. Larger panels ship in custom built wooden crates. All items are fully insured and include tracking. When possible, USPS is used. Larger pieces are shipped via UPS or FedEx and oversized pieces are shipped via a reputable shipping company. Local pickup is always available free of charge and delivery may be possible as well. Just ask!

That being said; accidents do happen.

DAMAGE

If there is damage do not throw away the box.  I need pictures of the box and the damage so that I can file a claim.  

I will work with you to get the piece back to the studio for repair. 

Keep in mind because glass is so heavy (approximately .88 for every sq. ft.), it adds up fast for shipping costs.  There is also an additional cost for what is called dimensional weight.  This means that even if the package is light, if it is large there is more cost.

Returns Policy

REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICIES

As an artist working for you, my goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your finished product.  If you are ever not pleased, I encourage you to discuss things with me and I will make all efforts to make it right.

Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled.

For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense.

If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.

Though all my work is well packed, all pieces are fully insured when shipped as added protection for both of us.  If something arrives broken, I will make it right at no cost to you. Should the crate be damaged, or you can hear the sound of broken glass, please refuse delivery of the item based on the grounds that the item is damaged.  

Once delivered, items should be inspected as soon as possible after delivery.  If damage is detected, a report should be made to me within 24 hours of delivery.  (The odds of making a successful insurance claim are better if the report is made as soon as possible after delivery.)  I will file the insurance claim and then replace or repair the item to your satisfaction.
